August 2024 - Our team had the incredible opportunity to experience something remarkable—ASICS House Paris. This wasn't just a visit but a journey into the future of sports and fitness.
The highlight of our trip? Showcasing the ASICS VR FITNESS, project we've proudly developed in partnership with ASICS. But it wasn’t just about the game. The ASICS House is a Home Base for athletes and visitors, curated to celebrate sports, competition, innovation, and heritage. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were witnessing something extraordinary. From the Play Room to the Personalisation Room, every corner is designed to inspire and engage.
A Playful Yet Competitive Spirit
ASICS VR Fitness was a key part of the ‘Play’ experience in the House. With its two-player mode, guests could dive into the game driven by various motivations—seeking a fun, engaging workout or being eager to test their competitive spirit in a nature-inspired VR environment. The House echoed with sounds of jumps, squats, and boxing, adding to the electric atmosphere of the event.
ASICS VR Fitness is more than just a virtual running experience
It’s not about running in place or lifting weights; it’s about engaging the body and mind in a new way. It redefines what it means to exercise. The experience brings the excitement of fitness to a virtual space and encourages continuous engagement with exercise and sports.
A Journey Through Innovation & Legacy
The ASICS House offered an opportunity to explore innovation and heritage through a range of immersive experiences.
Inside the VR Room, we were surrounded by Apple Vision Pro headsets, which allowed us to select our preferred music and relaxation techniques within a virtual environment.
The Personalisation Room was a highlight, where we witnessed ASICS’ R&D for personalised shoe prototypes and manufacturing processes, showcasing the future of custom sports experiences.
The ASICS Innovation Archive took us on a nostalgic journey, displaying marathon shoes that have defined ASICS' legacy over the years, with the legendary SORTIE UL-100 standing out as our top pick.
